The topic that I have chosen is to research nature organic foods. This is something that I'm interested in. I want to know how that agriculture is changing to the demands of the United States. I chose this topic because it is a big issue in todays society, and the new trend. I also decided on this topic because I love food and want to have a career in the food industry. Becoming knowledgeable about this subject is very important because I will serve to the public, and what do the public want?
What I do know about this subject is that there is big demand of this in the United States. I know that we need to be putting good things in our body and living a better lifestyle. This is an important thing that people need to understand.
What I do not know about this topic is a lot. I think that I have chosen a good topic because I will be knowledgeable about this subject. If I want to further my career I need to understand everything that I can. I believe that this is a good topic for me because I want to learn more about it.

Learning about natural organic food is a good idea. The obesity rate in this country is out of control and learning about healthier eating options could help some people out.
