Field Research

When doing my own field research I am in a environment where I can get a lot of information. Im enrolled in the culinary arts program so my professes are knowledgable about this subject. Anyone who know anything about nutrition or anyone who follows the trends will be a help to me. I have also checked out some books that will be helpful to me and they contain very good information about this subject.

Narrowing my topic

When reading some comments on narrowing my topic I found a good one of trends. I think that the science of the human body is so unknown that when we find something new we believe that it is the best thing ever, and so we tend to be all about it untill a new solution comes up. In my nutriton class im learning that our body is so interesting. We are so incrediable, but we are learning something new about it everyday. So being open minded about new things, but also knowing the basic everyday things is crucial to have a healthy diet. So I think that my research paper is being narrowed down to what we as human need for our body, and how the new trends send people to believeing different things. Also going into detail of what kind of things are we putting in our body.
